Crontab set state

pow_server.crontab_set_state(bool on_off)

Sets the pow_server.crontab_on variable to true or false to start or stop the crontab service. This is in no way connected to your system's crontab.

This turns POW's crontab on. 

pow_server.crontab_set_state(true);
